Nick is a former student of Human Nutritional Science and Linguistics at the University of Manitoba, and he currently works as a nutrition science communicator, creating in-depth blog articles, as well as deep-dive podcasts and YouTube videos. Nick is also a writer for My Nutrition Science and HumanOS, and is the sole creator of the Nutri-Dex, a novel nutrition ranking tool designed to score hundreds of foods according to the personal nutrition goals of the user.
